I am pretty sure I have met a couple of gay divorce lawyers and judges although I didnt ask them so its just assumptions.

I’m pretty sure there are already gay lawyers and judges. They can’t disbar you for being gay.

Why wouldn’t straight lawyers and judges work out? Divorce is divorce, no matter who’s doing it. The laws would be the same.

There are already homosexual divorce lawyers and judges. I doubt any would specialize in the legal aspect of homosexual marriage, as it would afford the same rights as heterosexual marriage.

there actually are already gay lawyers and judges. nice try. and there’s no reason a straight lawyer can’t represent a gay person and vice versa.

There already are gay judges haven’t you seen the court show on Fox with that gay judge? I can’t think of his name but hes always snapping his fingers and saying “Don’t Go there girl”
