Shoot a divorce lawyer day… March 4, 2010. Hip? hip! Hooray!
The worse day in Country Music history was when she and Geo got a D-I-V-O-R-C-E.
love this by little geo did she mean her divorce with george jones was final?
The back-up singers remind me of the gum chewing spy in Mars Attacks
i love this song…i listen to alot. tammy wynette is a wonderfull woman and singer.
i love that on the cma awards yesterday, brad and carrie made a parody of this for brooks & dunn’s break up :p
Actually Tammy did take this song to #1 on the British, Canadian and US Country charts. in the US and Canada it was #1 in 1968 and in 1975 it was #1 in England
The irony is that while she was unable to make it to No.1 with this song, Billy did it with a parody.
I liked the one wher she came down while Gorge Jones was doning the song. That was a alsome one if I can finde it.
When people divorce nowadays they probably delete their wedding photos downloaded on their computers. Before the wedding albums with photos were ripped out or maybe left incase that person remarries again for new photos.
the photo maybe be worthless unless its someone special like Princess Diana whose photos are still seen today.
There are few greats of Country Music. What a great performer is Tammy Wynette. Her and Loretta Lynn are the First Ladies of Country Music.
yes on the studio recording, it is J-O-E but in her concerts Tammy did it G-E-O 0ccasionally in the 1970s and early 80s before changing it permanently sometime around 1982 to G-E–O
Tamala Georgette Jones – That is the G-E-O . The origonal was J-O-E-Y.
Tammy – We love you.
probablement une des meulleures ladies du country.
