I did not want lawyers in my divorce case either, so i went to a paralegal and for a pretty cheap fee (about a $100.00), they wrote up a “stipulated judgement”. This is an agreement between you and your ex husband and all the facts are stated in this judgement such as custody, child support etc. then you both sign these papers if you agree to all terms and they send them into the judge and then the judge signs them and you get your copies signed by the judge mailed to you.

Go to the court house and tell them you need the forms to file for a divorce that is not contested. There will still be a fee to have the forms filed. You should make three copies. I believe they have to be notarized.

Go to Staples, they have divorce kits. You can either buy it in hard copy or on dics for the computer. Just got a divorce in Ohio with this program. Good luck
